My husband and I just leased our third Subaru Forester. .but it’s our first from Brewster Subaru and we couldnt be happier. The experience we had at Brewster was such a wonderful experience..unlike any of the other dealerships we’ve dealt with in the past,From the minute we met with Kayla ,our salesperson,Nick and I knew we were in the right place.It was refreshing to be treated as a possible new customer.Kayla listened to and heard what we were looking for -there was never any pressure to buy/lease NOW. We already had our leased 2024 Forester Touring and were looking to upgrade to the new 2026 Forester Touring Hybrid in a few months. Kayla took our information and what we were looking for (exterior and interior colors)and she put together a price estimate.It was less then two other dealerships(and one was the upstate dealership we have dealt with for our previous leases).When Nick and I left both of us had decided we would be going back to Brewster Subaru and Kayla..and we did just that the next day! Once we signed off on our new 2026 car,we went to see Rich Johnson,Brewster Subaru’s business manager and it was unlike any experience we’ve ever had in any car dealership: no bartering,no hidden fees,no nonsense .Rich reminded me of an “Old School” gentleman,upfront and honest.Rich impressed both of us so much with his auto business knowledge my husband actually bought additional service insurance!(he never has done that) And last but not least was Michael Barone-he has both the patience and knowledge to teach all the bells and whistles of our new car to 2 seventy+ adults and he did it twice! Great People and a wonderful and smart way to run a car dealership. More
