Buying my first car I had been on the hunt for a 2018 Crosstrek and had test drove many cars from other dealers. At the time I came across Brewster Subaru, I was exhauste I had been on the hunt for a 2018 Crosstrek and had test drove many cars from other dealers. At the time I came across Brewster Subaru, I was exhausted and not at all enjoying my first car buying experience. Nevertheless, I knew what I was in search for exactly budget wise, mileage wise and color wise. My mom and I were coming from Connecticut and weren't sure if driving over two hours was what we were up for at the time.. we mostly didn't want to make the drive and get our hopes up right away because we had been let down so often with previous trips to other dealers. Zach Johnson offered to meet us and drove a little over an hour moretowards where we were from to help make the process easier on us. Right away we didn't feel any pressure to buy the car but he was more than ready to answer all of our questions and then some. The car ended up being a perfect fit and right away I knew it was rightme. We then drove back to Brewster with Zach to make the deal final. We wanted to make sure we got everything done in one day because of how far a trip it was to come back. All the employees were very nice apon walking into the dealership. Everything is very clean and updated. They had coffee and snacks which went a long way considering we were there for almost five hours setting up a payment plan that worked for me (and trust me mom my knows what she wants so we weren't the easiest customers to deal with). They sent out all the information for my plates, they even broadened their search of possible banks I could get a loan through. After dealing with Zach, Rich Johnson helped complete all the financial aspects. He was nothing but honest with us about everything we were getting ourselves into and had great advice for our uncertainties. Months later I was getting calls from other dealerships who couldn't take no as an answer and had to block there numbers! By the time my first payment was due, I had a couple questions about possibly changing an addition I made for Roadside Assistance. On their website they offer a chat group where the responded almost instantly. I spoke with Maggie Parylak online and she was nothing but friendly, understanding and helpful. This saved me time of emailing, or leaving a message and playing phone tag because I have a very busy schedule. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. More
