When appt was made was told that the charge was $54. 95 & wait was about 2hrs Was charged $89.73 & waited 4hrs After waiting 2 1/2 hrs I requested my vehicle to leave without doing oil chg. After 15 mins vehicle still on the floor. Again asked for car, and only then was it racked. In 10 mins car was up front, couldn’t find Svc adviser Diez, cashier couldn’t find paperwork. Paper work finally found on adviser desk, not signed off,cashier hatcto take to Carlos to sign off. Then was overcharged $89.73 for a 10 min oil change… (when appt was made Svc rep advised $54.95 oil change special) no 27 point inspection, no topping off fluids, no batt test etc. False recommendations for tire rotation. Needless to say,wife missed her root canal dentist appt & had to be rescheduled the next day… very lucky that there was an opening.
