I recently had an issue with the service I received at Brickell Honda, but the service manager Carlos went above and beyond to make things right. After my initial concerns, the manager personally called m Brickell Honda, but the service manager Carlos went above and beyond to make things right. After my initial concerns, the manager personally called me to apologize for the xperience and showed genuine concern about the situation. He offered to inspect my entire car, provide recommendations, and even work with me on the pricing. He was very polite, understanding, and truly made me feel vaulued as a customer.
