The appointment for my 1st oil change on my 2020 Civic was slated for 3:30 July 13th. Unfortunately "ALL" the major roadways were shut down because of The Cuban Protesting in Miami. I was literally in bumper to bumper traffic for nearly 40 miles as I live in Homestead,Fla and Brickell Honda is practically Downtown Miami. To further add to my frustration it was also raining cats and dogs, plus my phone was broken so I could not call the dealership to explain my lateness. NO WORRIES as Soon as I arrived Everyone from Julian to Richard personally made me feel Welcome. Despite the fact it was literally 5 minutes to 6. The Service Mgr. HIMSELF drove my car back to the garage and before I could barely finish my coffee and drool over The Limited 1 of 600 Yellow Type R's they have in their Showroom,My Baby was ready!!!! Listen for whoever reads this I AM A TRUE HONDA PILOT since I Could Drive and Eventhough my SI was still at 15% the guys at Brickell understood My Plight and Concern to keep My Engine in PERFECT Condition as They treated me like REAL FAMILY. Now that is Something that has NO PRICE!!! SO PLEASE COMMEND THIS TEAM FOR DOING OUTSTANDING WORK ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY. I Will NEVER Buy another Honda unless it's from Brickell. FROM THE SALES TEAM including MGR. MELVIN, DEYA MY SALES REP and JAVIER in Finance. My Experience has been Nothing Less than A1 from Day 1. They are disorganized and put little effort in customer service. My experience for an oil change included mix-ups with appointment booking on their end, unhappy workers who don’t even greet the customers service. My experience for an oil change included mix-ups with appointment booking on their end, unhappy workers who don’t even greet the customers (with the exception of Julian), to being directed to my serviced car which they illegally parked in their handicap spot after the service was completed to find the plastic cover for my seat still in place. I don’t plan on returning. More
