I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to Bridgewater Chevrolet. The technicians were very welcoming and friendly. They took my data quickly and efficiently and led me to a very nice place for me to wait Chevrolet. The technicians were very welcoming and friendly. Dec of 2021 I told them I wanted new brakes because they squeak. They told me that’s normal and I have a lot of lifetime left. Brought my truck in again for another reason a week ago and told them to look squeak. They told me that’s normal and I have a lot of lifetime left. Brought my truck in again for another reason a week ago and told them to look at my brakes as well and now they said I need new brakes and rotors. Literally the same day after waiting hours in the waiting room my new brakes are now squeaking. Called and spoke to the manager and he told me that they will always squeak pretty much due to the new materials used and different laws for the break pads. I have never heard of this before. More
