Bridgewater Chevrolet service is extremely overpriced, they are taking advantage of customers. I purchased my 2020 trail boss there so I brought in for service brake light on and warranty is expired. My rep Ethan said there is a $250 diagnostic fee so I agreed to pay it. He came back with a broken wire at front brake sensor and would cost $1000 to repair. I said that’s an ubsurd cost to fix a broken wire. He looked into a less expensive option and came back with getting a 6” pigtail for $105 plus $500 labor. $650 to cut 2- wires and connect. Also ubsurd for 15 minutes work. I told him I’ll pay the diagnostic fee and fix myself. I’m not a mechanic but I went to another dealer and purchased an OEM pigtail for $52.50 plus tax. I went home, cut the 2- wires, solder them, shrink wrap tubes and it is fixed in less than 20 minutes. I asked the other dealer how much to fix the broken wire he said 1/2 hour, $100 plus part $52.50 so $152.50 plus tax. What a rip off from Bridgewater Chevrolet They lost a loyal customer More
