I brought my truck to Bridgewater Chevrolet for a check engine light. I had it back within two days, and the issue appears to be resolved. While the staff was not very personable and interactions felt some engine light. I had it back within two days, and the issue appears to be resolved. While the staff was not very personable and interactions felt somewhat monotone and inattentive, the service itself was handled properly. When returning the loaner, I was asked to wait in the lounge until it was inspected and told someone would come get me, but no one followed up and I had to ask after about 15 minutes if I was okay to leave. That said, my truck was taken care of and I was provided a loaner, which is what matters most to me. For that reason, I am giving 5 stars for servicing my vehicle. More
Poor communication. Dropped Bolt off on 12/20. Kenny said I’d have some info right away. No info on 12/22 so I sent a text. No response. Texted again 12/23. Received an Dropped Bolt off on 12/20. Asked for status 12/27 4:45. No response until Kenny called 12/29, saying that the car had been ready for two days. Not having the car was a big inconvenience. Went to pick up Bolt the morning of 12/30, it’s a 40-minute drive. My wife dropped me off, I got the car AND THE SERVICE LIGHT WAS STILL ON. Extremely disappointing. My wife had to come back and get me while a tech worked on the car again, and we picked it up at the end of the day. I was surprised by the shoddy communication as well as the issue with the repair. More
