On the spot service with friendly staff to assist you. One thing, service could not answer why my Malibu radio turns on briefly before I manually do it. Turns out it's my personal profile that creates the havoc. Somehow it's searches from my profile upon starting the car. Tell folks in the set up with no profile set the radio will always remain off until manually turned on. Not sure if it's across the board? More

Service manager doesn’t return calls, replaced rear window in my Tahoe and never reinstalled the window latch. Replaced 4 tires all still had leaks had to go to another shop to have oxidation around va window in my Tahoe and never reinstalled the window latch. They swore that my tires would be rotated yet when I received the report the technician refused to rotate them as he claimed it didn't need it. Who is the technician to override the customer??? I purchased those tires in December and put 8,000 miles on them. I leased or purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and if the owner wants me to purchase another, THIS HAD BETTER NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN More
