Bridgewater Chevrolet is generally a very good choice when buying a vehicle. Despite two problem areas, (which were corrected by the Sales Manager and the Owner), I would definitely recommend Bridgewater when buying a vehicle. I took my car in to have a factory called item item installed that was it available at te I’d I purchased my car, which was one year ago. I received a phone message from the service department saying t installed that was it available at te I’d I purchased my car, which was one year ago. I received a phone message from the service department saying that the parts/part were in and to call and make an appointment. I did this. I sat there for # hours only to find out that the part/parts were not in and that they would notify me when they arrived. The only saving grace was tat they did an oil change etc in the 2 hours that they had my car. I have been bringing my cars to Bridgewater Chevy for years and never had a problem so I was quite disappointed that this happened. My review was based on this visit only. More

Easy in and out with quick oil change. Did not like the $4.99 documentation storage fee, that is a new one, I can take my paperwork home and file it my self!
