There was no push to make a purchase during any of my visits. No pressure at all to go with the more expensive option, even though I was debating between the two. He explained the technology inclyded and sent links that will be helpfull to us ( since we are not very tech savy). Robert encouraged us to reach out to him if we have additional questions.
