My first contact with Brilliance Honda was from a message I left for the Internet Sales Manager. "Tara M." called back after 24hrs. and very sincerely wanted to help me with my car choice. A clear sounding v I left for the Internet Sales Manager. "Tara M." called back after 24hrs. and very sincerely wanted to help me with my car choice. A clear sounding voice with a friendly attitude was in my ear, and comforting. After going over the car I desired, she got back with her attractive proposal. Brilliance had the car and the delivery very smooth with James K. These two employees made this my best ever, car buying experience. My wife and I believe "Tara" is a brilliant star employee for your Honda business. We met her the day of delivery. She had on a big warm smile, with handshakes for the two of us. I have been going to Brilliance Honda for 3 years now. The service department "guys" are all so pleasant! It has to be because of management which extends to employees than onto customers.
