Got me what I needed I walked in wanting the summer deal of theirs, and unfortunately my credit wasn't good enough for that deal (which they didn't tell me I wan't getting I walked in wanting the summer deal of theirs, and unfortunately my credit wasn't good enough for that deal (which they didn't tell me I wan't getting until near the end of our transaction), but I left with a new 2016 Kia Forte, and honestly I'm very happy. The two people I worked with were both very polite and friendly, and they never pushed me into anything. Joe especially just asked me what I was looking for/what I needed, and did his best to help me from there. He asked questions that I liked, "that limit, is that a deal breaker?" and things like that, which I appreciated. Since my credit is only so good, I knew that my interest rate was going to be a bit much, and the monthly payments are going to make things a little tight, but it'll work, and now that I have the wheels I can make anything happen. I'm very pleased with the experience I've had, and I really recommend Bulldog Kia. The staff was wonderful. More

Good service but two problems still not resolved THE MYSTERIOUS CREAKING/GROANING FROM THE SOUL'S LOWER REAR THAT I REPORTED IN THIS VISIT AND THE PREVIOUS VISIT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED OR DIAGNOSED. THE MYSTERIOUS CREAKING/GROANING FROM THE SOUL'S LOWER REAR THAT I REPORTED IN THIS VISIT AND THE PREVIOUS VISIT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED OR DIAGNOSED. ALSO, MY WIFE (IT'S HER CAR) IS AFRAID TO DRIVE IT BECAUSE A FEW TIMES IT JUST WOULDN'T START. THIS JUST HAPPENNED AT YOUR DEALERSHIP WHEN THE SERVICE TECH TRIED TO START IT. WHEN IT WON'T START FOR ME, I GET OUT, LOCK AND UNLOCK THE DOOR, AND USUALLY IT WILL START. I SUSPECT IT'S "OPERATOR ERROR" BUT I WISH KIA WOULD HAVE SOME SORT OF OVERRIDE. WHILE RARE, THIS HAS SHAKEN OUR CONFIDENCE IS THIS UTHERWISE RELIABLE CAR. More

Great for families! I had a wonderful experience with Denorris Ross. I was looking for a used car after moving here with my family from California. I met with Denorris an I had a wonderful experience with Denorris Ross. I was looking for a used car after moving here with my family from California. I met with Denorris and he listened to me and took notes on what it was that I wanted. The next day he called me with a perfect match. He even helped me install my car seat so I could take it for a test drive with my Son. He found a car for us that was in great condition and that was perfect for my family and at the price point that was within my budget. He made the process a lot less stressful considering I had just had a big move and was extremely tired. He even helped drive my new car down the street so I could return my rental car. Thanks for making my life easier Denorris! If you want someone who is courteous, professional and will listen to what you need, Denorris is your Man. Denorris is also excellent at following up! I didn't even hear back from one of the other dealerships I visited which was really disappointing. I also wanted to mention that Steven White is so nice and told us not to stress about anything. He helped make the process seamless. The people at Bulldog Kia also let my Son crawl around indoors and gave him a big balloon when we were there. Car shopping with a little one is not easy, so I really appreciate how sweet everyone was to him! I look forward to a continued relationship with Bulldog Kia. I will be back for oil changes and will definitely visit Denorris when we are in the market for a second car. More
