My husband and I went into the dealership just to look but purchased a Kia before we left. We found James Montalvo very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, but at the same time he was not pushy. I was at another Kia dealership in Metro Atlanta and wanted to get a price point comparison. I heard of Bulldog Kia and was curious how a similar vehicle would compare. I googled the number , got Sam Ri wanted to get a price point comparison. I heard of Bulldog Kia and was curious how a similar vehicle would compare. I googled the number , got Sam Rivera when I asked for Sales. He was very willing to meet the demanding and cryptic request I made, and in a very quick manner. He called me back within 5 minutes and had a ball park number that was close enough to generate my interest. I made an appointment to see Sam and test drive the vehicle we discussed for the next morning. I had a change in my schedule and instead made my way to Bulldog that day. i arrived unannounced. I was greeted by a Young Man named Austin, who was more than willing and and had the product knowledge to keep me interested and at the Dealership until Sam was free. (Sam was with another customer, since I arrived unannounced, I was perfectly fine with that). We were able to make the Deal (after a very amusing test drive with Austin). This is day 2 with the vehicle and I have found a couple minor cosmetic issues, which when I advised Sam, he was more than helpful and is making arrangements for the corrections. Since I am having some aftermarket work done that were part of the deal, I am CONFIDENT that Sam will arrange for ALL of the work to be completed without having to make multiple appointments. Great Job Sam !! More
We worked with Chris Wright to purchase our 2013 Kia Sportage. We were just looking at the beginning of our visit and did not feel pressured to purchase one that day. We looked at several Sorentos and I wanted to compare it to a Sportage. I felt the most comfortable in the Sportage so we began looking a second Sportage to compare various features. James was awesome! When we pulled up he came right out and greeted us. His energy was great. We spent a couple of hours there getting everything in order and he went above and beyond making sure our expec and greeted us. His energy was great. Pray there's nothing wrong with your car when you drive it off the lot. If so your better off getting it fixed yourself. They will give you the run around until you quit asking about it. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Sam Rivera at Bulldog Kia. In addition to all the high points you're looking for in a car salesman at a dealership - ability to give you a great with Sam Rivera at Bulldog Kia. In addition to all the high points you're looking for in a car salesman at a dealership - ability to give you a great price, friendly service, etc - our experience with Sam was pleasant in many different ways. Within ten minutes of walking around the lot with Sam, I knew he was authentic and honest. We spent about three hours total with Sam and while we initially thought we'd be getting a minivan or a small SUV, Sam was patient with us while we changed our mind completely. He was understanding and friendly and really, more human than any salesman I've ever met. We had a great experience with the finance manager who was able to bend and shape a loan around our personal needs. Overall, we felt like the dealership itself was great. When we're ready for something bigger than our Kia Soul, we're going to come back to Sam Rivera, for sure. More

We were so taken with all the f our 2010 Kia Soul serviced and were killing time just "looking" at the new 2014 Kia Sorento on the showroom floor. We were so taken with all the features we traded for a 2014 Sorento LX and the paperwork was a breeze. We both could not believe there were no hassles and no pressure from our salesman, Chris Dalton, to "push" or "pressure" us into the trade.
