it was horrible It was horrible. I only had the car serviced at your dealers and nobody had looked at the break fluid level which needed a half of a small can. T It was horrible. I only had the car serviced at your dealers and nobody had looked at the break fluid level which needed a half of a small can. The windshield wiper fluid was also completely out. I told the service guy about it and I could not get a definitive answer from him. I filled the cylinder about a week ago. I never look under the hood, but I decided to clean the battery and other parts under the hood. I do not know who the service clerk was, but I could not get a definitive answer on anything. YOU DID NOT ADD TO THE BREAK FLUID AND IT COULD HAVE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT. I was made to feel that I was to blame for the whoile thing. The service tech. got someone else and he said I could not tell it was low because the liguid is clear. I added half a can of break fluid. I could tell. Then I had overfilled it. Whould this cause a problem...no answer. They said they could only bleed the lines and could not retract any fluid from the reservoir.....BULL! I have purchased two new car from Phi Bickel and paid cash for them.. I even bought an added service contract because earlier on you changed the battery. You can change the oil and the battery but you can tell the break fluid is low. Then I was put in the position that I was at fault.
