Overall a good dealership and people Purchased a car with a trade and cash. Got a fair price for the trade and got the car I wanted. Would have been less stressful if they would have allowed me to give them a significant deposit to hold the car for a couple days so I didn’t have to worry about it being sold, but that is against their policy. Also would have been nice to have spent less time in the dealerships when I went in to make the purchase. My least favorite place in the world might be a car dealership and I feel as though they should have been able to get me in and out quicker on a cash deal. Also the price was firm and they would not deal at all even with a cash deal. More

I’ve had problems at the Toyota Direct by Easton and they replaced a wrong part/misdiagnosed and my door worked worse after getting it back and then Byers Toyota was very helpful looking in to see if my warranty still covered the correct diagnosis but because Direct misdiagnosed it caused my motor to wear down from the bad latches that was the original problem and I tried to get a manager at Direct to help make things right but no one helped so went to Byers and they were very helpful More

frustrating car buying experience Everything that I asked for, just basic customer service in my opinion, had to be fought for. this is the first time I've ever bought a car ALL on m Everything that I asked for, just basic customer service in my opinion, had to be fought for. this is the first time I've ever bought a car ALL on my own 100% . I did weeks of research and I knew what I wanted but I almost felt like because I was alone and a woman that I was being taken advantage of. Not until I had complaints and got frustrated were these things taken care of. I am not normally like that but when I'm spending this kind of money on something, I feel i should be 100% happy. And EVENTUALLY these things were made right but even then I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor. Even being told by my salesman, " this is coming out of my check at this point " Maybe I'm naive and this is how car salesman are but I'm just glad this is ALMOST over. Saying almost because I still need to take my car back to get 2 things repaired. All in all not a pleasant experience. More
