Purchasing a new car I had inquired about the price on a new 2018 Toyota RAV4 with rebate on-line. A salesperson responded within a resonable amount of time. He suggested I had inquired about the price on a new 2018 Toyota RAV4 with rebate on-line. A salesperson responded within a resonable amount of time. He suggested I come in for a test drive. This was during the Thanksgiving week and I didn’t get in there so I received another email invitation. I didn’t call for an appointment as they wanted but simply stopped by when I had a free afternoon. Well I was greeted outside of the bldg and asked for the salesman that emailed me. He was occupied with a customer but Jeff Hoppes continued assisting me with answers to all of my questions. He went above and beyond my comprehension of my own questioning and left me knowing that this was definitely the automobile that I wanted to purchase. Thanks to Jeff I received my new Rav4 the same day. Dave Howard worked me us on all the legal paperwork and it went smoother than most other situations I’ve experienced in the past.
