Horrible When I got back in my vehicle after it was serviced I literally had to reset/reorganize everything. My seat was moved. My headlights were taken off auto to completely off, my automatic running boards were turned off, my dash board was filthy where someone had greasy hands touching it, the sticker they put on the windshield was taken off and a new one was put on in a different spot and they left sticky residue all over the window from where they removed the one prior. I was extremely disappointed. The inside of my car was clean and when I got it back it was filthy. Highly disappointed! More

Excellent sales and service I was researching a Genesis 3.8awd and found one at Byers. I live 2 hours from the dealership and called to find out if they still had the vehicle. Sp I was researching a Genesis 3.8awd and found one at Byers. I live 2 hours from the dealership and called to find out if they still had the vehicle. Spoke with Tom Bray and made an appointment to drive up that weekend to look at it. After finding a couple other Genesis models in the area I decided I would drive up the next day. Test drove the car and immediately fell in love with it. We agreed on the price, financing terms, etc and I drove it home. No high pressure sales tactics or anything. More
