We bought our 2021 Toyota Sienna Platinum sight unseen because we did not have time to make the three and one half hour one way trip to Byers Toyota. These two guys were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Jordan and Taylor made the experience a very good one that took much of the anxiety out of the process. I made a phone call, talked with Mulley I told him what I was looking for and if he had it on the lot, he said if I put $500 down in good faith, he would find me the car I wanted and he did just that! I believe I was a pretty easy customer. I took up approx 30 mins of Colton’s time, paid cash at full asking price, and went on my way. I realize that I bought a used car and I signed that n I took up approx 30 mins of Colton’s time, paid cash at full asking price, and went on my way. I realize that I bought a used car and I signed that nothing was promised. However, as I was getting in the car to leave I realized there were no car mats. Colton was changing my tag at the time and told me they were in the back. He was standing there and I took his word for it. When I got home there was no mats in the back. I contacted Colton and he blew me off. I spent $70k and wasn’t even offered anything to make it right. I would’ve not taken delivery until it was addressed. Being that you are a Toyota dealer and Colton lied to me the fix would’ve been easy. Just crappy service to not even try to rectify it. More
