It took forever to even get into finance office. We had already picked car and had money in hand and still took 3 hours. Purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra from Bill Dajonge on September 17th. He was great to work with. My issue was with the lack of flexibility from the sales manager. When trying to negotiate a little bit lower price due to a couple issues, he wasn't particularly reasonable. I immediately took the car to a service location that my family and I have used for many years. They found that the front brakes had almost no pads left (less than 3mm), and the coolant level was dangerously low/ basically empty. We paid $450 to get the issues taken care of. I spoke with Bill to let him know the service department needs informed that this isn't acceptable and suggested to him that I felt they should reimburse us for the issues that were encountered due to them being safety related and should've been taken care of before putting on the lot for sale. He said he would take it to the sales manager; I didn't hear back from anyone. Other than Bill, I would hesitate to use again. More
