Every one was polite and helpful, the fact that you only have hertz rentals for loaners when you are doing a Toyota warranty covered repair was a pain in the xxx, hertz tried to screw me for $200 20 years a have hertz rentals for loaners when you are doing a Toyota warranty covered repair was a pain in the xxx, hertz tried to screw me for $200 20 years ago and after a lot of coarse language I can no longer do business with them. I do not want to take a way from the staff they were very helpful in the service department but the hertz thing is really irritating More
