I find Gynnae to be very informative and knowledgeable and truly sincere-an asset to Toyota. The price charged for the service was not correct and we were overcharged per the quote and pre-payment for parts. Service department could not even explain the charges and what happened. They repaired a tire for me which needed repaired again less than two weeks later. I had to take the truck back after an alignment because it rode worse than when I took it in.
