Agreed on the purchase before driving hours to get there. The man who looked at the vehicle and drove it down the road advised that it was bad. I attempted to explain that the tires were loud, and it wasn't a wheel bearing; it was road noise. I was quickly informed that he had done this for years and knew what he was talking about. The difference would have made the vehicle go back to its original asking price, which we had already negotiated on. This was simply a way to return the price to its original request. He never even jacked the car up to check it. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the way this was handled. However, the salesman Guido was fantastic and did what he could to make things better. I stopped in to get an estimate on tires for my Durango. Carlos showed me quite a few options for tires and I decided on a set of four which needed to be ordered. Carlos gave me the quote and stated that if I could find them elsewhere cheaper that they would price match them. Carlos gave me an appointment that was convenient for me. I did check the prices at other tire distributors while I was waiting and the price was only within a couple of dollars but the package the dealership offered was much better. All said and done, Carlos had me in and out in no time with a bill that was even less than the original quote. Carlos and CDJR of Leesburg did an amazing job. The Durango drives like a new vehicle.
