The service here is always excellent. The wait time is not a problem. Had an oil change, tire balance and rotations and they did a courtesy car wash. We had a great experience with our Salesman Ryan, but the experience after the closing on the deal was not pleasant. Due to changes in the lease agreement, we had to sign a revision and the payoff has yet t experience after the closing on the deal was not pleasant. Due to changes in the lease agreement, we had to sign a revision and the payoff has yet to occur. The delayed payoff has cost me at least an additional $50 and that's upsetting to me. Upon speaking with Toyota, I was informed that they could have made the payoff over the phone in 2 transactions, but they chose to send a check instead and it's yet to be received by Toyota. I bought the vehicle on March 7 and the payoff has still not occurred. There is no excuse for that happening!! More

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle on my own.Lets just say I know I could have gotten a better deal if I had a MAN present.
