Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Went in for 3 things . . 1 . Safety recall 2.oil change 3 . Cell phone charger not working. The recall was in May 2026 , dealership couldn't perform recall until I reminded . 1 . Safety recall 2.oil change 3 . Cell phone charger not working. The recall was in May 2026 , dealership couldn't perform recall until I reminded them that it's August 2026 already.Oil was changed. The dealership said they couldn't duplicate charger issues, but I brought advisor into my Jeep and demonstrated the faulty charger port over n over for 15 minutes. Advisor was supposed to get back to me . No response back from anyone at dealership. This is a warranty issue I want fixed. Why the hassle? More

1)Was told to bring in ram pro master for recall camera replacement. Told part was in stock and scheduled appt- part was not there after taking the morning off from work. The service manager did seem to figure out a way to do the work by using something 'in the back' 2)stopped in to look at a new Cherokee to replace my old Toyota- was told by salesman I was lucky with the old Toyota (276,000 miles) and that Toyotas last much longer and I should go across street if I want to hold on to a suv for a long time.Bought a 26 4Runner that sat and drove it right home: $65,000. 3) 2 years ago I brought that 2022 ram pro master ( an rv conversion ) in for an oil change. Was told that you couldn't do it- not sure why since it is all ram including a high roof body. In any case, found a little repair shop around the corner near the cape city hall that seemed to have no problem doing the work. Not sure what the story is with you guys! More
