Purchased a New Jeep Wrangler- 4 dr. and our salesman Johnny Ramirez was great, as well as the Sales Mgr. Dorian Montero. They were both excellent ! Helpful & very professional. Also felt very satisfied with the Business Rep., Mitra Rampersad. He made the financial part proceed very smoothly. Made us feel very comfortable. Even the cashier, Naomi was so pleasant to deal with. And the showroom is as nice as they come. Just beautiful. I would definitely by another Jeep from Cape Coral Jeep- Pine Island Road. In fact this is our 2nd Jeep we have purchased from Cape Coral Jeep, we also bought a new 2020;Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. Would recommend Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle which they carry. More

Had a censor issue. Dealership had my car for almost a week. I was charged close to $3000.00 for labor alone apparently the mechanics had a hard time finding which censo Dealership had my car for almost a week. I was charged close to $3000.00 for labor alone apparently the mechanics had a hard time finding which censor went bad. My total bill was $4010.36. Were talking about a 2011 Dodge Journey. I drove the car from the dealership to my home. The car started missing when I got to around 50 mph. I've had the vehicle 2 years and never had a missing issue. I also had to rent a car at an additional expense of $310.00. Not comfortable driving the vehicle with the missing issue. Not sure what to do. I can't afford to bring the car back to the dealership. On another note my Service Manager was very professional. More
