Communication is horrible. They send text message after you leave stating this is the way to communicate and never receive a response or any text messages after. Even the cashier, Naomi was so pleasant to deal with. And the showroom is as nice as they come. Just beautiful. I would definitely by another Jeep from Cape Coral Jeep- Pine Island Road. In fact this is our 2nd Jeep we have purchased from Cape Coral Jeep, we also bought a new 2020;Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. Had a censor issue. Dealership had my car for almost a week. I was charged close to $3000.00 for labor alone apparently the mechanics had a hard time finding which censo Dealership had my car for almost a week. I drove the car from the dealership to my home. The car started missing when I got to around 50 mph. I've had the vehicle 2 years and never had a missing issue. I also had to rent a car at an additional expense of $310.00. Not comfortable driving the vehicle with the missing issue. Not sure what to do. I can't afford to bring the car back to the dealership. On another note my Service Manager was very professional. More
