Oil change way too expensive, tire rotation as well. No help regarding terrible OEM tires. Service took 4 days (too long) because they got the wrong part 2-3 times (and still didn't fix the recall becau No help regarding terrible OEM tires. I don't like the practice of making recommendations of expensive work needed based on no evidence or information. Because they don't know the history of the vehicle they make worst case recommendations sc expensive work needed based on no evidence or information. Because they don't know the history of the vehicle they make worst case recommendations scaring the customer and trying to get $1000s of unnecessary service. Ie recommending all spark plugs be replaced based on mileage alone when in fact the spark plugs were replaced at the 120,000 mile checkup before it left WI More

No good direction on what to do when you arrive to drop off. I went to the kiosk to ask, and was told 'wait in your vehicle, someone will come help you'. 20 minutes later, I was helped.
