Disregarded my issue with hybrid electrical not working Customer desk was rude & I let her know it Service dept were all telling me that I didn't charge the battery which was 100% untrue. They told me a new gas fill would fix it I told them I fueled up my car 2 days ago This issues started 2 weeks ago! It was a horrible experience Finally they called the service manager but he was on his way to an emergent dental visit Another guy came out from service & told me that I should leave the car overnight yet, again I told him if they stated that there was nothing they could do to fix it & happens often on hybrid jeeps I said, how can you say that you can't fix a 60k vehicle that I paid cash on. If I left the car, I also had no drive home So then referred me to Mike who was the only person who knows how to talk logically & respectfully to a customer He told me that it would fix by itself or I could return in the morning I have owned Hundais & Infinitis and was treated exceptionally well. Sorry I bought a jeep. My jeep has only 7600 miles on it. Never again! More
