They worked a deal over phone & email great, but didn't honor it when I drove 2.5 hours to sign. Don't trust any deal you think you are getting, they will not honor it when you go in. Dealers show room is impressive. The sales person was very attentive and friendly about buying a new Jeep. I needed 180,000 mile service for my 2005 Jeep Wrangler LJ. Mr. Reed looked up what was required, wrote an estimate, and got my approval prior to starting work. While my vehicle was being serviced, I received updates via text messages and personally from Mr. Reed. The work was completed in a reasonable time. This is my second visit to Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and both times I have been treated well and the work performed to my satisfaction. More
