I have a Max Care/Lifetime Warranty. I came in with a list of repairs that my tire dealership wanted to repair on my Caravan. Once you diagonsed it and sent photos to Dodge. I took my vehicle home and called when the parts arrived. I brought it in asked what was approved. I was told the whole list. So I thought everything was approved. What was actually approved was 1 part. Maybe Miscommunication or something. So no struts, shocks, ball joints etc. I did know this until I came back to pick up my Caravan. More
Unprofessional, they kept my vehicle for 2 days and returned it without fixing the problem. My rear a/c will not cool. They told me that they added freon and to run it another 500/1000 miles to see if returned it without fixing the problem. My rear a/c will not cool. So they expect me to just run my new, not even a year old vehicle up in miles just to see if it starts to cool. I have 3 kids ages 8-5, I am not going to have them sit back there with the air blowing at 80° when it's set to max a/c! We're in Florida and it tends to get very hot!! More

This SC had our Jeep for 59 days. 59 days. They knew what was wrong within a few days (engine replacement). We had the extended warranty but that took weeks (like 5 weeks) for veri 59 days. They knew what was wrong within a few days (engine replacement). We had the extended warranty but that took weeks (like 5 weeks) for verification that we properly maintained the vehicle (which we did) and the warranty adjuster to come out two or three times (why). We had to spend over $1600 for a rental car with them. The 59 days was out of our control and we feel we should have gotten a loaner vehicle not a rental.
