Purchase went well until I discovered a ding on the windshield as I drove out of the dealership. When I returned, Johnny, our salesman, was nowhere to be found. Had my tire sensors replaced, 300 dollars for diagnostics. When I knew it was the back driver side sensor needing to be replaced. Then told after 5 hours of diagnostics that all of them need to b diagnostics. When I knew it was the back driver side sensor needing to be replaced. Then told after 5 hours of diagnostics that all of them need to be replaced which was not true at all and just a cover all bases fix. Service team stated fix will take 1 hour after the 5 hours of diagnostics… I didn’t leave till 5pm I arrived at the service center at 8:30am. With a total bill of 800. I knew what exactly was wrong considering I just came from Firestone moments prior to arrival. Be honest with your customers and don’t milk them for extra repairs it looks bad on the business. I rather drive to the fort myers location from now on after experiencing this type of service and display of pure dishonesty More
