Mislead to believe I could get a 2” lift on my jeep. They sold it to me in my lease then told me it would not work and that I could not modify the truck in any way or void warranty on everything. Now that the sale is complete there’s nothing I can do about it and all they wanna do is refund me the money for lifting the truck 2 inches. Had I known that I probably wouldn’t have bought it. On top of that the sales department doesn’t seem to know their own rules or regulations regarding a lease vehicle. They sold me a 2 inch lift and then their service department told me that would void my warranty. I called the service department and she said she was going to look into it and get back with me and never called me back. I called the salesman several times and he failed to call me back. When I finally did get him on the phone and try to get him to look into my issues he said he would look into it and call me back and never did. They ordered Nerf bars for me and ordered them wrong then had to re-order them. I’m told it’s against the law to void an entire warrant for a modification that does not affect the entire vehicle but they do not seem to care. How is it that they can’t warranty my truck if I lift it 2 inches when they sell lifted trucks. How is it that I can’t add bigger wheels to my truck when they sell trucks with bigger wheels and warrantee them. They actually put 2 inch leveler kit in my lease and then told me I couldn’t do it. They sent me to a company who specializes in jeep lifts and then told me I couldn’t do it. Why would they send me to a place that they recommend for lifts if they were going to void my warranty. I should’ve stayed with the dealership in Naples. Perhaps the Better Business Bureau will have more luck. More

I advised the service manager that I was waiting on site for the service and I requested an ETA. He said he would follow up after my oil change to give me a time frame. I found him 2 hours later after see for the service and I requested an ETA. He said he would follow up after my oil change to give me a time frame. I found him 2 hours later after seeing my vehicle still parked in the lot, just a few seconds before. He ran to the garage and came back to tell me the service team only needed another 30 minutes. I immediately walked back to the parking lot to see the service team just arriving to my vehicle. I waited an additional 2 hours after this for them to tell me all of the necessary parts are on back order, and I would need to reschedule for a different day after the parts arrived. I understand the back ordered parts, but I do not like the service manager lying to my face instead of just saying that he was busy and forgot to check up on my vehicle. He also tried to tell me that my radio could not be fixed, and the issue was my cell phone. When he saw that I was researching the issue myself he said he would order a new radio and give that a try. He then continued to lie and tell me it would only be another 30 minutes. It ended up being another 1 1/2 hours. I was at the dealership for a total of 4 hours to get my oil changed and serviced. The techs had my vehicle for 1 hour to get the oil changed and about 30 minutes to diagnose the other issues. I can't imagine how long it will take to complete the repairs, but I will never wait at the dealership again. I also had fingerprints all over my radio that were not wiped off. I was very disappointed in my first service visit, especially after a such a great experience with the sales staff. Honesty is always the best policy! More
