Awful, just awful. I had my 16 Jeep in for an oil change and a sensor light in dec. 2020. I was told I needed items sealed, rear brake pads, all new rotors, and a sensor. Told vehicle was a new left-over with 15 miles on odometer. 3 separate sales people said they physically touched and verified the vehicle including Leon Ware, Jr, the manager who signed off on the d odometer. 3 separate sales people said they physically touched and verified the vehicle including Leon Ware, Jr, the manager who signed off on the deal. Upon driving 3 hours to honor the deal I agreed to, the vehicle had 2823 miles on the odometer and Leon Ware, Jr. became less than cordial and stated he just saw the paperwork HE signed 30 seconds earlier. In addition, knowing I had an 1130AM appointment to pickup the brand new vehicle with 15 miles on it, they couldn't even vacuum the cereal or animal hair from the rear seats and floor. More
