I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a recall and an oil leak. They did have to keep the vehicle longer than anticipated and I did have to call each day to check the status, but Wendy offered a loaner vehic leak. Chris D my service advisor was more than helpful with my recall questions and other concerns that my prior service advisor blew me off like she couldn’t be bothered with ! Chris agreed with my concerns and told me what my options were to resolve them . Your dealership gets high praises on your sales persons but your service department not so much ! Forced to use you all because your local but it’s truly a roll of the dice with what kind of service your going to get ! Maybe Chris D could give some customer service classes to other service advisors ! More
