I went back to your dealership on 02/02/26 to cancel all additional warranties that I was misled into buying. The finance manager completed the cancelation forms but failed to notarize them. The forms were returned that same day by your third-party unregistered cancelation processer because they were not notarized. i emailed the finance manager three times over the next 2 weeks asking if I needed to come in and resign. NO RESPONSE. I also called the Finance Director multiple times over that period leaving voice mails- NO RESPONSE. This is after the Finance director gave me his word that he would get back to me by the end of the day on 02/02/2026. He finally answered his phone on 02/17/2026 but had no answers for me, however, he stated he would call me right back. He never did, but the next day the finance manager left me a voice mail stating I could come back to the dealership and resign the cancelation forms. TOO LATE. I had already filed with each warrantee company myself. I view this as a dealership stall tactic as both of these finance individuals I believe are bright human beings and therefore far from incompetent. I believe this third-party processor is an unregistered throw away domain to funnel cancelations away from the real warranty companies as a stall tactic.
