Customer Service at its BEST I'm so impressed with Capistrano Mazda as they met every deliverable they promised us and then some. Lou B understands how to deal with customers and I'm so impressed with Capistrano Mazda as they met every deliverable they promised us and then some. Lou B understands how to deal with customers and made our (my wife and me) experience truly the best service we've ever experienced. In fact, we recently had an interaction with Capistrano Nissan that was so horrific that after this service I told my wife we will never have another Nissan! Every step of the way, Capistrano Mazda has it down to a science. Even the billing process is simple as we received texts with updates and when the vehicle was ready a link was set to pay the bill on-line so there was no waiting period to pick the car up. Just walk in and get the keys. LOVED our experience! More

My wrench light came on and I called the dealership in the morning and they were able to fit me in the same afternoon. I just needed an oil change and they also took care of a recall. My car was finished the morning and they were able to fit me in the same afternoon. I just needed an oil change and they also took care of a recall. My car was finished in a timely manner and even washed. Cyrena provided excellent customer service and the vibe in the service department is so calm and I am always greeted immediately when I walk in the door. Great job 😄 More
