Cyrena Moreno is the best Service Advisor! I have worked with Service Advisors at Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Acura, and Audi, and Cyrena is one of the best Service Advisors I have ever worked with! Sh I have worked with Service Advisors at Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Acura, and Audi, and Cyrena is one of the best Service Advisors I have ever worked with! She went above and beyond to assist my wife and I with repairing a bumper that had popped out of the clips and a tire guard that had also become dislodged. We worked with Marcin who was friendly, informative and patient the entire way though. They were very transparent and I felt comfortable because they broke down the numbers without hesitation. When it came time to pick up my car, Marcin went above and beyond and even presented it beautifully with a bow! I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend Capistrano Mazda to everyone. More
