Our salesperson was Michael and he was terrific. I do not like buying cars and he made the whole process so easy. I really appreciate that he was not using any high pressure sales tactics. Everyone else was also very relaxed and non pressuring. And I really like that they certify all their used vehicles, at least for the ID.4 which is what we bought. Other dealerships had stock where most wasn't certified but then wouldn't give us a reason why. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next VW. More

We received excellent customer service when recently buying our VW ID.4. There was a minor mistake on the sales agreement that I didn’t notice until after we drove it home.
