Poor communication. Didn't understand Sunvit process. Oversold me on issues another VW dealer told me weren't critical. Friendly staff and a clean, inviting space, however Ive brought my vehicle in 2x for the same issues and they haven’t provided a resolution yet. The first time I got the response of “we need to order a pa brought my vehicle in 2x for the same issues and they haven’t provided a resolution yet. The first time I got the response of “we need to order a part” which is fine and understandable however when I brought it in the second time, they kept it for 4 days and told me “we need to order a part”. Yes, again. In addition (it’s a brand new vehicle btw) the breaks are making a metallic squeaking noise. Twice they told me that everything was fine and no need to worry it’s “normal” and some hard breaking would fix it, which they claimed they did. 10 minutes later as they were pulling it up it made the same metallic screeching noise. Nice folks, but I’m feeling like I’m getting the run around and they’re wasting my time. Gonna give them one more chance to make it right, we’ll see how it goes. More
Joey the salesman was excellent at his job, and Paul in the finance department made everything easy for me to complete.
