Great communication, took care of everything without any complications. Service advisor gave me a chance to decide what I need without forcing any services on me. $600 for an alignment is a little ridiculou complications. Excellent - so much better than the (lack of) service that I received at the other local VW dealer - Brad was great, got me checked in ASAP, arranged for a ride home and offered a pick up when the car wa that I received at the other local VW dealer - Brad was great, got me checked in ASAP, arranged for a ride home and offered a pick up when the car was done (didn't need it) the car was completed in the time frame he said it would be. He called with an other issue and explained in detail (as well as the mechanic sending a video) which was also great. The followup email from when I first made the appointment to the followup inquiry about the service I received was TOP NOTCH - cannot recommend Capistrano VW enough - I'm a very satisfied first-time customer and will always bring my Jetta Sportwagon TDI in for service when it needs it!
