Corrected the problem professionally and much quicker than anticipated. Made sure we had a ride home and kept us well informed on the diagnosis and progress of repair. Curt service. It seemed like everyone had a chip on their shoulder about something. The costs of the service to my car was not explained before I signed and I found out later that I had a $95 inspection char shoulder about something. The costs of the service to my car was not explained before I signed and I found out later that I had a $95 inspection charge for them to look at a problem with my sideview mirror. The quotes they gave me for other services were outrageous. I won't be back again. Note: I have no idea who I worked with because everyone wore masks and no one introduced themselves. It was a great experience. I came in wanting one car and left with my dream car. Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t feel pressured. The service guys don't listen.
