None of my concerns were fixed “need fault code” I offered pictures and video of my reported issues. I brought in a vehicle for a recall and was on a very tight timeline for my clients needs... Greg grabbed my paperwork and went and got a confirmation from the mechanics that they could get the vehicle o tight timeline for my clients needs... Greg grabbed my paperwork and went and got a confirmation from the mechanics that they could get the vehicle out in time, which they did! My client ended up being very happy and I was able to go on about my day and do two or three more deliveries. All due to the quick service at Capistrano Volkswagen. I highly recommend these guys. I wasn’t acknowledged when I arrived for my appointment. The person at the desk just sat and typed when I stood in front of her. Finally Brad was free and helped me out. There was only one other service person there, and Brad was alone when I returned to get the car. The dealership seems very understaffed. Had to wait 20 minutes for my car even though it was sitting in the lot 20 feet away. I have been happy there in the past (have purchased 3 cars there) but seems to be going downhill. Brad has been there a long time and is friendly and helpful. More
