My breaks have been squeaking and I brought it to the attention of the gentleman helping me. He said he would have them looked at upon my oil change service. In the video sent to me, the tech said my breaks were in good condition. When service was complete, I noticed on my way home my breaks were still squeaking. I brought my car back to the service Dept and a different gentleman told me it’s a common issue with VW vehicles and I just have to deal with it since my breaks are in good condition. Had I known I would have to deal with squeaking breaks I would’ve never purchased a VW vehicle. I don’t appreciate being told that I just have to deal with the loud squeaking breaks. The gentlemen then told me to drive my car at 40 mph then slam on the breaks to “correct” the squeaking issue. It was raining so I said I don’t feel safe doing it. He took my car and did it for me. On my way home my breaks were still squeaking. I am very disappointed with the response to my squeaking breaks and lack of solution. More

I'm sure this isn't the norm, but Miles Brandon, the owner of Capo VW and his excellent sales consultant Mike Stieber delivered our new VW Arteon personally TO MY HOUSE. We still had to go down to the dealership to finalize everything and Mike came in on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. Mike even spent at least an hour showing my wife all of the many "bells & whistles" of the new car and seemed happy to do so.
