Brought my 2020 Tiguan in for oil service & overall inspection. There was some additional maintenance that was needed that I was advised on a completed the most important one. I was well informed by Greg throughout the process. The only issue I had was the turnaround time. It took 2 1/2 days to get it back. Capristrano VW has taken care of our 2017 Beetle since it had 46 miles on it transported here with 46 miles on it in March of 2017 from Greensboro, N.C.
