Have been going to this dealership for 4 years to service my vehicle but unfortunately this is the last time. Finally had to come up due a potential fault in my vehicle and needed diagnosis and potential rep my vehicle but unfortunately this is the last time. Finally had to come up due a potential fault in my vehicle and needed diagnosis and potential repair services. I came in, told them the fault code, what it meant, and what part was having issues. I paid the $230 diagnosis fee and in response after their “diagnosis” I was told exactly what I told them. There was a fault and it led to this part. They could not tell me what was wrong with the part or how it failed, if it did fail. They didn’t even remove the easily accessible valve to inspect. I was then belittled by the service agent. Unfortunately this is the last time I go to Ford as I can’t trust their workmanship, honesty when it comes to their services rendered, or their ability to throughly troubleshoot an issue. More
Sometimes it's the imperfect transactions that give staff the opportunity to shine. That was my situation. Multiple issues popped up before, during and after the sale. Each time (with some strong urging) the opportunity to shine. That was my situation. Multiple issues popped up before, during and after the sale. Each time (with some strong urging) staff addressed the concerns. Before the sale had some pricing ... "discrepancies" they fixed. During the sale we noted the vehicle had a lot more miles on it that stated. And after the sale, there was a listed feature that wasn't on the vehicle (human error on the listing). Each time something came up, they made it right. No one can have the perfect experience every time. I think it's how you handle those cases that set you apart. I did have to go over a few heads to get that resolution, thus the 4-stars, but in the end, they did alright in my book. More
I had some concerns about my car. I have the oil changed as recommended. I recently had a recall and took it to the dealership. If you are duped into buying from them, you had better be prepared to drive the car 'til death, because you will not be able to resell it or trade it in anywhere else (they say, when challenged, that they will, but....). Run. Walk. Take the bus. Just don't go here. More
