Called and asked if I could make an appointment for an oil change, which was granted. The closest Toyota dealership to Murphy, North Carolina is Capital Toyota, Chattanooga. The staff was very courteous a oil change, which was granted. The closest Toyota dealership to Murphy, North Carolina is Capital Toyota, Chattanooga. The staff was very courteous and completed the change in record time. Also, because of the coronavirus threat, they had placed protective plastic coverings over the steering wheel and shifter lever. I was very pleased with my experience at Capital Toyota. The salesman who helped me, Brandon, is honestly the most helpful and genuine car salesman I have ever worked with. I started looking at Toyota truck The salesman who helped me, Brandon, is honestly the most helpful and genuine car salesman I have ever worked with. I started looking at Toyota trucks about six months ago. Brandon initially helped me. I wasn’t ready yet to buy. He let me test drive a truck and came up with estimated monthly payments. It made all the difference that he didn’t try to push me into buying at that time. He kept in touch with me for a few months and I later came to the conclusion that I wasn’t ready to buy. We then decided we were ready to buy a truck about two weeks ago. Brandon again helpEd with pricing and was very knowledgeable. I bought a Tundra and also bought a bed cover that needed to be ordered then installed later. Brandon made this a seamless process and constantly kept in touch until everything was completed. I will definitely recommend Capital Toyota and Brandon to anyone I know looking to buy a Toyota! More
