They made a scary process very comfortable! Capitol contacted me after an online search. I told Tyson and Sharon what I wanted and they suggested I visit the dealership. I did so and they found me the exact car I wanted ! I don't anticipate any problems but if I do, Reta Maynor has given me her card and told me to contact her. I visited the dealership on Saturday and Tyson took my car thru the carwash and even wiped it down! Sharon Ricketts, Reta Maynor and Tyson get 100 percent of my votes! They "rolled out the red carpet" and delivered my car with a big red bow! They went up and above !!! Thank you all!! More

Very patient, listened to my wants and needs, searched and found the car I wanted. The quality time he spent through out the entire purchase process was great.
