Exceptional - What a great time we had purchasing two new KIAs from Car Pros. We were directed to the dealership through the Costco Auto Purchasing plan and had a l What a great time we had purchasing two new KIAs from Car Pros. We were directed to the dealership through the Costco Auto Purchasing plan and had a little concern about the process as the last car we purchased from another dealership did not go very well. We had an appointment and when we arrived and identified ourselves, the manager (Larry Smith) came out to greet us and introduced us to the two salesmen we would be working with. Brian Biggar and a trainee Kyron. We never had so much fun purchasing anything. Although they were very professional, we were joking and being entertained while learning about the features of the cars we chose, financing options, and the other benefits we would receive. We would and will take anyone we know who is looking for a car and introduce them personally to Brian and Kyron and Car Pros. We especially liked the ringing of the cow bell! What a nice touch. Great Service! More
Good service, but concerned about Kia car light bulbs I have very good experience with Kia Renton for my car service. Definitely will come back again. I complained to Ed (?) about the light bulb issue. I have very good experience with Kia Renton for my car service. Definitely will come back again. I complained to Ed (?) about the light bulb issue. Every time I went there for my service, I had to ask them to check and replace light bulbs, of course even before I had the service the car was running without proper lights dangerously. Ed asked the technician checked, unfortunately it was light bulbs burned again. They replaced two new bulbs, only charged the bulbs not labor. Thx. But, I need to share my feedback or complain with Kia. Kia cars quality is absolutely getting better year by year. But, I do not understand a car with good engineer & transmission has really poor quality light bulbs, or maybe it is a faulty design you have on Kia Forte. Every time I do service, I need them to check and replace light bulbs, either fuse or light bulb burned out. Then after the service, it would last barely 3 months, I will see the lights stopped working again. When I was there for my service, the sales lady showed us new Kia cars, I was very interested in the new Kia Sportage. But, I am concerned about the light bulbs issue I have, I need to think carefully whether I want continuously burn my money on light bulbs or not, do not even mention always risk my self running a car with burned light bulbs. Let me ask Kia seriously, do you have a bad faulty design of your wires for light bulbs? Or you really have poor quality light bulbs, or is this a way for you to make more money? I have another Toyota car, which I have not changed light bulbs for more than 5 years. appreciate if you can pass my feedback to Kia, I want to hear from them about the light bulbs. More
