A great experience overall. He even got us popcorn and water while we waited, he definitely knew his stuff when helping my girlfriend with setting up Bluetooth and explaining all the features of the vehicle. Steve Ross was also very helpful with the paperwork and made us feel more comfortable with the whole process. We will definitely come back in the future when we buy our next vehicle. The Real Deal! Just a few weeks before March 3rd 2016 I had been shopping for a used vehicle and had stopped in at CardinaleWay Mazda in Mesa as I considered a gentl Just a few weeks before March 3rd 2016 I had been shopping for a used vehicle and had stopped in at CardinaleWay Mazda in Mesa as I considered a gently used Mazda6. Unable to find the color and options I was looking for at that time the salesman I met named Eric Little had promised to search for what I was looking for and would contact me as soon as he as able to locate the exact vehicle. With in a few days Eric had contacted me and advised of a few models that had arrived on their lot and had continued to keep me updated on his search. More than impressed with his professionalism and dedication to his job I returned to CardinaleWay on 3/3/16 as Eric contacted me and advised of the used Mazda is was looking for that arrived on their lot. While waiting for the vehicle's inspection to be completed I requested to take a look at the 2016 Mazda 6 model to kill some time. At this point I'm sure Eric could have passed me off to another salesman to comply with my request or just hand me the keys to one and point me towards the vehicle to check it out myself. Instead he stuck with me for a test drive and took the extra time to show me some of the 2016 Mazda6's model features. With such a calm and patient attitude Eric took the extra time to answer all my questions about the vehicle and at no time did I ever feel pressured or pushed towards the newer model. After having spent a good hour answering all my questions I made the choice to purchase a new 2016 Mazda 6 Sport and was unaware of the even bigger surprise yet to come. After settling on the price of the vehicle, which by the way included some new Mazda incentives, we then discussed the value of my trade in. A 1999 GMC Z71 four wheel drive that had more than 150,000 miles on her. When Eric informed me what they would be giving me for my trade in I was totally amazed and the next surprise came when I was advised of my interest rate! As the proud owner of a new 2016 Mazda Mazda6 Sport I can honestly say that I LOVE THIS CAR! It really is fun to drive, looks great in black, and gets fantastic gas mileage! A few drives to Monterey, CA and back was an eye opener to just how comfortable the car is to drive on long distances and no turbo or V8 was required to keep up with the freeway traffic. The features are easy to access and the basic sound system is more than adequate for nearly any type of music. I am 100% confidant in my purchase and more than satisfied with the level of service provided by Eric Little and the Finance manager at CardinaleWay Mazda of Mesa Arizona! Like many of you considering the purchase of a vehicle I too was dreading the stress and unscrupulous tactics that accompany having to deal with some of the auto dealerships in the valley. If having a great car buying experience, along with buying a great car, is what your hoping for I can't recommend CardinaleWay Mazda of Mesa enough. My entire experience was stress free and at no time did I feel like I was being taken advantage of for not being fully versed in the car buying/financing process. I didn't feel like a customer I felt nothing more than a che He forgot we had an appointment. He was more interested in his cell phone than taking time with the product. I felt like it was hurry up buy a vehicle and leave. He didn't even offer water or coffee. He was showing me the vehicles he wanted to sell. I had to keep referring back to the web site about vehicles and financing that were supposed to be available. Needless to say neither the vehicles nor the financing was available. I felt like the entire experience was a bait and switch tactic. I didn't feel that he was in any way willing to negotiate price or options. I had to fight my way through the entire buying process. I wasn't happy with the encounter. More
