Great Service!! I walked into this dealership with a few hesitations (I am a female and they say not to shop for cars without a male present, something about a better I walked into this dealership with a few hesitations (I am a female and they say not to shop for cars without a male present, something about a better deal). There was no one around on a Friday evening at 7pm so Donny, the general sales manager, was more than willing to show me around and let me sit in every model I was interested in. He was straightforward and honest, with no gimmicks or haggling. We spoke candidly about what I was looking for and I mentioned a few deals I saw online. He was able to beat every one of them. During my purchasing process they were patient and explained every option available to me. It was a seamless and easy process, for someone who has a hard time making decisions! I would recommend this dealership for every Mazda need!! Thank you again for amazing service! More

Along with Brian, Donny Mortier and Wayne DeLeo worked real hard to get us a price we could live with and Chris Mankin , in finance, topped off the night with a personality that just made you happy that you had just laid down a bunch of money for your new car. Although we don't expect to see Steve Ross in the service department for a while, he made it so you want to just drive in to see him even though your car is not ready to be serviced. It was a very enjoyable experience. More

Although I had to visit five different dealers and get offered outrageous APR's and monthly payments before I made my visit to Cardinale Way Mazda. I walked into the dealership with the knowledge of exactly what I wanted (car, monthly payment, interest rate, etc.) and Stacey Walters was the one to be my super dealer angel! I was her very first sale and may I say she did an awesome job, she was a natural. After dealing with several dealerships, Stacey was the most honest and helpful while finding me the right price. She knew that I had already done all of my research and that I knew exactly what the Mazda3 had in store. She didn't do much sugar coating which I really admired. The process was long, although that was due to my insurance and cosigners lack of urgency to send thier information over. Thankfully the six hours did fly by while hanging out with Stacey. She made me feel comfortable and constantly at home, even though I was at a car dealership. This was the best experience I could have asked for while purchasing my very first car. More

Outstanding service - a great experience!! Cardinale Way Mazda was excellent to work with! From the moment I set foot on their lot, I never felt pressured to buy like at other places. It was Cardinale Way Mazda was excellent to work with! From the moment I set foot on their lot, I never felt pressured to buy like at other places. It was such an easy, no-hassle experience! Matt Shelton, my salesperson, was wonderful. He was friendly, answered all my questions thoroughly, kindly explained and demonstrated features I didn't know about or understand, and made sure to keep in touch while locating exactly what I was looking for (I wanted a very specific package and color). When it turned out that vehicle was no longer available from another dealership, Matt and sales manager Wayne DeLeo went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted but even BETTER and still within my price range! Talk about impressive!! They also gave me a great price for my trade-in, as well as multiple financing options so I could choose what was most comfortable for my budget. Wayne over in finance was very pleasant and helpful, making sure I understood what I was signing, what would happen with payoff of my trade-in, transferring my plate, etc. Overall, OUTSTANDING service and a fantastic car-buying experience!
