Just do your home work and let her understand what your needs are, what your financial limits are, and the time frame you are working with. Very comfortable first-time buying experience After almost two months of haggling with dealers and getting the classic sales moves pulled on me from other dealers, I decided to stop by this dealer After almost two months of haggling with dealers and getting the classic sales moves pulled on me from other dealers, I decided to stop by this dealership after hearing about them on Facebook. Nick (Herrick) met me outside when I got out of the car and immediately introduced himself and made me feel comfortable as a customer. Not once did I feel pressured or hassled to buy something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He helped me to test drive about four cars and was very knowledgeable, honest, and informative whenever I had questions. I would recommend any of my friends and family to buy a car from Nick, because he made the experience less stressful for me overall. One tip I would give to potential buyers about the dealership itself: they have GREAT prices on their used cars, but they know that so haggling them on the price is a bit tough. Other than that, I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership and once again thank you Nick for all the help! More

He was extremely knowledgable in every area with every model we looked at. It wasn't long before we were test driving a few vehicle. He made the test drive easy and was not they type of salesman to make the test drive very uncomfortable. After 2 test drives I had already came to the conclusion on a vehicle and he was more than helpful completing the process. It was quick and painless compared to other car transactions I have been involved in. I was able to get a great deal on my trade in and the new vehicle I purchased.
