He arranged for the cars I was interested in to be ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. Matt was my sales person and he was knowledgeable and very patient (it took me 2 hours to choose a car). This being my first experience buying a new car he walked me through the process, explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable about the cars. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, he was just awesome! Sean made the paperwork and finance process painless, he made sure I understood everything and explained very clearly anything that initially confused me, he was a pleasure.
